"Great experience so far"
I had an excellent experience with customer service. FedEx said it delivered the package, but we never got it. We finally found the contact information for customer service (no phone number, bummer) at Birddogs Shorts . They suggested we call FedEx, but when told that FedEx refused to help, Birddogs sent a second pair immediately. Unfortunately they don't fit, but it was easy to return that pair and ask for a new one. I guess we'll see how that goes...

“Yes. I would checkout Chubbies or Lululemon. Both are superior products, and they ship out when they say. And have amazing customer service.”

“Impossible. Days, weeks will go by if you somehow do receive a response. And if you do receive a response, they are very disrespectful.”
